Challenges

You will promote and prospect business opportunities related to the portfolio of services and products, meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets, keeping the company competitive and innovative. The position is responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. In this role you will map the needs of the different stakeholders and will work cooperatively with the Product Groups, aiming to meet the Division's budget based on the internal policies and compliance of the Andritz Group.

We detail below some of your main responsibilities:

-Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team generating commercial opportunities with the existing client portfolio in the Pulp and Paper Services segment in a comprehensive/generalist manner, working with the clients' engineering, maintenance, operation and supply areas.
-Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives, doing the interface with the stakeholders of each Andritz product group, aiming for the best technical solution for subsequent final pricing and generation of a commercial proposal.
-Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals with customers on aspects of prices and commercial conditions, requesting support from the technical area to determine the scope of the project.
-Monitor the progress of the project with the technical areas of each product group, acting as an interface between Andritz and the client.
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs, in collaboration with Region Manager and product groups.
-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team, and managing open opportunities throughout their life cycle.
-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
-Generate monthly reports regarding your main KPI's related to sales activities, active projects and market situation.


Qualifications

-BS/MS degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry Engineering or related field.
-Successful previous experience (minimum 5 years) as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
-Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
-Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
-Strong business sense and industry expertise.
-Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
-Fluency in Spanish and English.
-Availability to travel locally and internationally.
-The position will be based in Montevideo, Uruguay.
